Star Whores

(artwork by Bobopoly)

So I went to the Star Wars exibit at the California Science Center this past Sunday. It was cool to see all of the props and costumes from the movies, like the full-sized and and miniature model of Luke's landspeeder (Obi Wan has no legs!!!)

and the HUGE Millenium Falcon and x-wing. Geektopia for sure. I was shooting some digital pics when I remembered reading somewhere that when they built the Rebel Blockade Runner the modelers put a special surprise in the cockpit. So I bent down, snapped this shot and guess what I saw....

There's a joke here somewhere. Any suggestions?

And now for this commercial break...

It was a fun exhibit and I highly reccomend it. Just plan for long lines. The funny thing was that there were more adults than children!

Ahhh, there is a little nerd in all of us.
In Skribbl, that nerd is much larger than normal.
But that's okay, cause he owns it.

Rebel Blockade Runner appears to be decorated with Miss July 1976. uh..just a guess. Really. I guess The Rescuers wasn't the only movie to get a little extra art direction.

No wonder the Rebels were taken by surprise by that Imperial Cruiser, most of the crew were too busy looking at girlie pics !
